Scout paid a visit yesterday. I was in the kitchen. I thought Jan was doing something outside. I took a peek out the dining room window and there he was. This is the damage to the outside of the house:

We were quite concerned that he would put an antler through the window. 

Scout, however, is a very sensible and polite deer and moved off when asked kindly.
