I've been thinking about the phrase "I threw my back out", because I have. I did not throw my back out. It's right here. I know that because it hurts and I can feel it. I imagine that it has to do with the spine being out of alignment.

ReplyDeleteThanks. This happens from time to time. Apparently I made some poor judgements in my youth when it came to skiing and splitting wood. It was splitting wood that got me this morning. I see Lidocaine patches in my near future.
